In today’s complex global business environment, effective project management skills are in great demand and this programme is an exciting specialist postgraduate opportunity for graduates that wish to enter a discipline which is in high demand.
The intention is to provide a theoretical and practical exposition of project management knowledge necessary for leading and managing complex projects and programmes in today’s global and highly competitive markets. In addition, the programme demonstrates the contemporary methods and tools that successful project managers use to lead, deliver and deal with complexities and uncertainties associated with the global nature of projects and the cultural diversity of contemporary project organisations.
