Overview

This specialist business degree will enable you to develop your entrepreneurial skills and will prepare you to start up and grow your own micro-enterprise or small or medium-sized business.

In your first year, you will study courses on business processes, economics for business, organisation behaviour and business planning and development.

Programme structure

Year 1
Students are required to study the following compulsory courses.

Personal & Professional Development 1 (Business) (15 credits)
Introduction to Business Processes (30 credits)
Managing Quality in Products and Services (15 credits)
Introduction to Economics for Business (30 credits)
Principles and Practice of Marketing (30 credits)

Year 2
Students are required to study the following compulsory courses.

Personal and Professional Development 2 (PPD2) (15 credits)
Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship (15 credits)
Innovation in Competitive Environments (15 credits)
Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility (15 credits)
Management of Information Systems (30 credits)

Career opportunities
