| Entry qualification | Undergraduate diploma (or higher) The applicant must hold the minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (i.e the equivalent of 180 ECTS credits at an accredited university) with at least 90 ECTS credits in one (or a combination) of the following areas: business administration, economics, industrial engineering and management, or equivalent. At least 60 ECTS credits must be in business administration. The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English. Often you can get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original. Further guidelines of documents requirements will be sent to your e-mail after the application has been accepted. |

Overview
Global Management is a programme specially designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills required to become an effective leader in diverse business contexts and varied intercultural settings.
The programme acknowledges that contemporary markets are increasingly complex and dynamic in terms of culture and demand, that information and communication are crucial for success, and that social responsibility for sustainability and corporate entrepreneurship are crucial.
Here, you will develop the skills required to become a business leader, but also skills for other organisational roles, for example, when leading projects.
Through group and project-oriented work you fine tune your planning and collaboration skills, and experience intercultural relations. Courses focus on leadership, corporate social responsibility, family business management and corporate entrepreneurship.
All courses are given in English. The programme is open to students from around the world, and courses have a diverse international participation of students. This international atmosphere contributes to a broad perspective of the issues discussed in class.
The faculty involved in this programme have substantial experience in management research. This ensures that all research you encounter throughout your studies is innovative and up to date.

There are a wide range of careers you may pursue after graduation, such as: project leader, change manager, international business developer, or head of operations.
