The Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a modular programme offered both full-time (18 months) and part-time (2 years) in which you learn to integrate the main business processes of organisations into effective and efficient corporate strategy. In addition, you learn to deal with the diverse and sometimes diverging interests of various stakeholders involved in international business. The programme focuses on (strategic) leadership and management in a (inter)national business context, shaping new economic realities that focus on purpose. The MBA helps professionals to lead with integrity and in compliance with the principles of good corporate governance.
The MBA requires a minimum of three years of relevant work experience and prepares professionals to be leaders for a sustainable society and purposeful economy. Work experience is required for this programme as this greatly contributes to the content of the study. During the master, you learn to find ways to add value to your work experience. Moreover, the different work backgrounds of your classmates add value to the classes and make for a unique environment through which you can expand your horizon.
