| Entry qualification | Undergraduate diploma (or higher) In order to be admitted to the course you must have a bachelor degree in Facility Management, Real Estate Management or related subject such as Industrial Engineering and Management, Building and Architecture or Hotel Management. Additionally, to enroll in the part-time programme you must have at least one year of relevant experience post qualified working experience. The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English. Often you can get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original. |

Overview
The facility and real estate fields are increasingly converging, boosting demand for experts who can collaborate to look at issues in a broad context. You will receive insight into and knowledge of strategic issues relating to the facility and real estate fields.
Saxion is offering this unique programme in collaboration with the University of Greenwich. Upon successful completion of the programme, you will receive a degree in Facility and Real Estate Management from Saxion (MSc) and a British certificate from the University of Greenwich.
The English-language Master degree programme is delivered at Saxion’s campus in Deventer. Its duration is twelve months, comprising five modules. You will finish the programme by writing a Master thesis. Participants in the programme will be international students.
