This taught masters degree in Organisational Change Management will give students from the UK, EU and further afield a unique insight into the effective management of change in a wide range of organisations around the world. Relevant topics will be taught through case studies in several sectors. Students will also be encouraged to bring issues from their home countries to tackle during the year.
Different approaches will be used during the programme including organisational development, appreciative inquiry, strategic planning and models of facilitation.
The MSc in Organisational Change Management consists of a number of core modules with the opportunity of choosing two optional modules from an approved list. The core modules will equip you with the necessary skills to develop a deep understanding of effective change management while the optional choices will allow you to tailor your degree to your own business interests.
